- Texturized hair is very similar to natural hair except the fact that your curls are looser and more manageable.
- The easiest way to transition is to big chop as soon as possible especially if you are a busy person. If you decide to just leave you relaxed ends and big chop when it is convenient for you, make sure your hair is given all the TLC it needs.
- Use texturizers to texturize your hair rather than having a half done relaxer. Here is a good one I reviewed a while back HERE
- protein treat your hair once every month
- deep condition once a week except your hair is in a protective style.
- moisturize your hair at least once in two days, at least with oils
- when you protective style your hair, make sure you take it down when you have time, so you can take your time while taking it down and prevent breakage.
- Comb your hair from ends to roots always, sectioning before you comb.
- Never detangle your hair while completely dry.
- God created your hair wild and untamable it is who you are, embrace it.
